Booking and Payment

A predetermined booking fee is to be collected in order to schedule a clients photography session. The booking fee will be applied to the total session charge upon the remaining payment.

Both the booking fees and session fees are not refundable for any reason.

Full payment of the total session fee amount is due at the time of the scheduled session, if payment is not received the photographer will not begin shooting and the appointment will be considered terminated, at which time a cancellation fee will apply.


Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hour prior notice and the client may reschedule one time with no additional fees. Rescheduled session must be scheduled within 14 days of the original scheduled session date.

Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a $75 cancellation fee

When an appointment is cancelled or is considered a cancelled appointment the client is responsible for the photographers cost of materials and all the charges that the photographer has incurred up to the time of cancellation.

If an appointment is cancelled on the day of or if a no show occurs the client will be charged a travel fee in addition to cancellation fee, and the incurred and material charges.


Session Time

Scheduled photo session time and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals of both the client and the photographer.

A scheduled session time slot is just that, session will begin and end on time, if the clients are late, the scheduled session will still end at the scheduled end time.

Any clients that are later then 15 minutes to their scheduled session are considered no show and the scheduled appointment will be considered cancelled. Cancellation fee and policy will apply.

If the photographer does not have other scheduled sessions and the client wishes to purchase additional time, the client may purchase an additional 15 minutes for $40, up to an additional hour for $160.


Cooperation and Safety

The photographer is not to be held responsible for the client or clients failure to cooperate, follow direction or listen to the photographers instructions.

The photographer will try her best to direct the uncooperative individual or individuals into the right direction to the best of her ability.

No cell phones, cameras, recording devices will be aloud during the photography session.

The photographer reserves the right to terminate the session if she experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from any person or persons or in the event that the photographer is experiencing some kind of safety issue as the photographer reserves the right to feel comfortable and safe in any environment.


Copyright and Creative Rights of the Photographer

Photographer will not at any point deliver RAW images to a client. Photographer will professionally edit/retouch images to her discretion. Images released are the only images that met the photographers artistic standard.

The photographer may edit the photographs/images in her discretion and may not offer all images shot to the client. The photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those that the photographer deems credible as professional in quality and within the photographers artistic standards only.

All images/photographs captured by the photographer are copyright protected. It is a violation of federal copyright law to copy, scan, print, reprint, duplicate, digitally reproduce, alter remove watermark, or preform any other alteration without the photographers written consent.

Fleek Photography retains all the rights to all photographic images at all time.


Limited Liability

In the unlikely event that the images captured are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond the photographers control the photographers liability is limited to a refund of product payment only and a re-shoot may be scheduled.

The limit of liability for a partial loss or damage will be a prorated refund for the product payment will be based on the percent of images lost/damaged.

The photographer is not to be held liable or responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating client, clients and/or minor children. Clients will be responsible for themselves and their minor children and release the photographer from any such claims against their person or their business.

In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or falls ill and needs to cancel the scheduled session appointment the photographer will make every effort to reschedule the appointment within 14 days of the original scheduled session appointment date.

Fleek Photography and the photographer are not to be held responsible for backgrounds, lighting conditions which negatively impact or restrict photo quality or compromise coverage including but not limited to backdrop, background, weather conditions, incorrect address, uncooperative clients and/or minor children, etc.


Pricing, Promotions and Vouchers

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice

Price is not guaranteed until the client has paid the booking fee and is scheduled for a session appointment time.

Promotions may not be applied to already scheduled sessions. Restrictions may apply.

Client may not duplicate promotions unless otherwise discussed with photographer.

Credit vouchers offered to the client for future sessions, appointment, promotional vouchers sent via email, mailing list of from Fleek Photography website must be presented at the time of booking.

Vouchers will only be applied where and when applicable, have no intrinsic cash value and may only be applied to merchandise, service and products offered by Fleek Photography only and are void where prohibited.

Credit vouchers offered with specific service may only be used for that specific scheduled session/service and can not be held for an additional service or session.


Prints and Digital Purchases

Prints and digital purchases are made at an additional charge unless otherwise specified.

Photographer would like the client to know what package and/or prints they will be purchasing at the time of booking, but it is not required.

$150 deposit or 50% of the print/digital package cost is due at the time of the session (whichever is greater) and orders will not be processed without this deposit.

Most product orders are filled within 2 weeks, but can take up to 30 days to be processed.

Client must pay the full product amount to receive the finished product.

Client has 14 days from that date notified that their order is ready to pick up and pay in full for their order.

Client may re-order or order additional prints for up to 6 months of the original session date.
